How will I know that my order is placed successfully?

Once you successfully place the order, you will receive a confirmation email notification of your order and your order ID.
You will receive another notification once your order is shipped. All you have to sit back, relax and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive

How to give special instruction for delivery?

View your Cart, there is an option on cart for providing any special instruction for delivery.

How to return the product?

Returns are accepted for all items within 15 days of purchase.

How long will it take me to get my order?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 7-8 business days.

How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can’t wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated.

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don’t worry, it’s on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship separately. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

I received the wrong goods, what do I do?

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Please contact our customer service team via phone, email or our contact us page, so that they can work to get you your goods as soon as possible.

How can I retrieve my password?

You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instruction on password retrieval will be send to your email.

How can I change delivery address?

Sign in to your account and go to “my account”. On “my account” you can change all your contact information.

What are the delivery charges?

We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders. If you choose COD payment method, we levy Rs.60 COD charge for every product you order. For example, if your order includes three products, you will be levied a COD charge of Rs.180

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. When your order is shipped we will send you tracking information. We are unable to intercept or change shipping once we have shipped your package.

If your package was shipped, tracking shows it was delivered and you did not receive it you need contact us with your tracking number and order details to file a complain so we can investigate.

Please make sure your address is accurate prior to placing your order.
If your item is returned to us, you will have to pay additional shipping fees for us to send it to the correct address.

Do deliver the orders out side India?

No, currently we are serving the orders in India only.
